Priority support
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Open Read and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that:
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Tracking pixels will work with all email clients
All email opens will be detected (some email clients block tracking)
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPEN READ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Read and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

We may delete your account and data
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
Changes to Terms
